Lesli Hughes Lesli B. Hughes, MSW holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As a Clinical Coordinator for a Therapeutic Day Program, Ms. Hughes provides comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents and their families in the public school setting in addition to providing supervision to school-based counselors. Shortly after completing her Master's program, Ms. Hughes began assisting Jeff and Becky Georgi, implementing a Recovery Maintenance program and a Family Brain Defense Weekend for students and families of Carlbrook School in Halifax, VA. Lesli has been affiliated with Georgi Counseling and Educational Services for more than two years and has recently joined Jeff Georgi and Associates in the private practice. Further expanding her professional career and personal growth, Lesli is currently working toward a license in Clinical Social Work as well as Licensure in Substance Abuse Counseling and is receiving clinical supervision in "Modified" Rational Behavior Training. Ms. Hughes' professional background incorporates an array of clinical settings including residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, public and private school settings in addition to her current work in private practice. Lesli is committed to providing a systematic approach to meet the emotional and clinical needs of individuals currently experiencing issues related to substance abuse/dependency, depression, anxiety and unproductive social relationships.
